Short-term scientific projects within the Selfoss declaration on sustainable forestry

SNS announced a call for short-term projects scientific with reference to the Selfoss declaration on sustainable forestry in 2011. The call is closed now. Two projects will be carried out in 2012 and presented at the SNS 40-years conference “New challenges for sustainable forestry” in July 2012:

• Risk assessment of new forest tree species (project leader Erik Kjær, Forest & Landscape)
• Risk assessment and establishment of a system to address potential pathogens in Nordic forestry as a result of climate change (project leader Jan Stenlid, SLU)
